Bui Quynh Hoa, a 25-year-old woman from Hanoi, emerged as the winner of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 beauty pageant during the grand finale in Ho Chi Minh City on Friday. Hoa surpassed 17 other contestants to win the title on the coronation night at the Hoa Binh Theater in District 10.
